1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with ace61 or by using any part of our gaming platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the site.

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between ace61 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform") and each individual user (hereinafter "the Player"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To participate in any real-money activity on ace61, you must first create a verified account. Registration is free and can be completed via our platform. You are permitted to hold only one registered account per person.

Accurate Information

• You must provide your real full name, date of birth, and a valid email address or phone number during registration.
• Providing false information is a direct violation of these Terms and will result in account termination without notice.
• You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date. ace61 will use these details to communicate important account notices.
• Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected under the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

KYC Verification

ace61 complies with KYC (Know Your Customer) standards. We may request documentation such as a national ID (NID), passport, or utility bill to confirm your identity and address before processing withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds.

Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in temporary holds on your account and restrictions on withdrawals until the process is satisfactorily completed.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

ace61 regularly offers bonuses, free spins, and promotional rewards to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any offer-specific conditions communicated at the time of the promotion.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses carry a rollover (wagering requirement) that must be met before winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover for each offer will be stated clearly on the promotion page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash prior to meeting rollover conditions.
• ace61 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time at its discretion.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted.
• Players who attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or collusion — will have their bonus voided and their account reviewed for suspension.

Seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or other calendar occasions may carry additional conditions. These will be communicated clearly in the promotional material for each specific event.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ace61 platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including but not limited to chargebacks, identity theft, or submitting false documents.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the integrity of the platform's software or infrastructure.
• Use of automated scripts, bots, or any third-party software to interact with the platform in a way that gains an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live casino or sports betting markets.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or circumventing anti-money laundering (AML) controls.
• Registering multiple accounts or sharing accounts with other individuals.

ace61 employs advanced fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate all suspicious activity. Any confirmed violation of these prohibitions will result in permanent account termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace61 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, data loss, service interruption, or technical failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

ace61 makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance, network issues, or force majeure events may temporarily affect service availability. ace61 will endeavour to minimise downtime and notify users wherever possible.

11. Amendments & Account Termination

ace61 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify active players via email or an on-platform notice. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

ace61 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account that is found to be in violation of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acting against the interests of the platform and its player community. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be assessed subject to the circumstances of the closure; balances may be forfeited where violations are confirmed.
